1. Introduction

Welcome to EmoLeather! These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the website and services. By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

2. User Obligation 

When using this website, you agree to:

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or placing an order.

- Refrain from engaging in illegal or unauthorized activities.

- Respect my intellectual property and the rights of others.

- Use the website only for its intended purpose.

3. Products and Services 

I specialize in handmade leather goods. Products available for purchase are displayed on my website, what you see in the images is what you get, and orders are placed through the checkout process. Custom orders are also available, with varied dispatch times; please contact me for additional details or special delivery requests. Engravings consist of 2 initials (A.B) or up to 3 characters (ABC) and are free. Engraved products cannot be returned either.

4. Payment and Pricing 

I accept payment via Mastercard and Visa bank cards. Prices are displayed in EUR, GBP, RON and USD. Payment must be completed at the time of checkout to confirm your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via Posta Romana. Delivery times vary between 3 and 45 days, depending on customs processing, destination distance, and other factors. If faster shipping is required, please contact me for quotes on alternative shipping services (DHL, TNT, GLS, etc). Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping.

6. Refund and Return Policy

Custom made or custom ordered products are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, even if the item is a stock product modified, or produced upon request.

Non-custom products are eligible for refunds within 30 days of receipt, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact me at paul@emoleather.com, or via contact form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

7. Account Termination

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of these Terms & Conditions, including fraudulent activity. misuse of the website, or provision of false information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of EmoLeather and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my website or products. This includes, but is not limited to. delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or other unforeseen events.

10. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
