Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Posta Romana with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by different postal services, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact me beforehand. Whichever shipment choice you make, I will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Items posted are available and in stock unless mentioned otherwise. Buyers are responsible for import taxes, fees or import duties. Once payment is clear and final, the order will be shipped in the specified processing time.
Once an order is submitted, for regular, in stock, items processing time is 1-5 days. For custom orders processing time is 2-4 weeks. Processing time covers the time it takes to make (in case of custom ordered items), package and ship your order. Orders are shipped via Romanian Post, for any other shipping preferences, please mention them when submitting your order, or reach out to me with an email, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Tracking number is provided for each order. Please note that orders can suffer delays for up to 45 days. The provided tracking number might not update once leaving Romania and the status on all global tracking websites will be "In Transit" or "On route". If your order has not arrived in 30 business days, contact me and I will start an investigation regarding the location of your order.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. I advise you to group your items in one order. I cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Refunds
Custom made, personalized or custom ordered products are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, even if the item is a modified stock product, or produced upon request. Non-custom and non-personalized products are eligible for refunds within 30 days of receipt, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact me at paul@emoleather.com, or via contact form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.
